What You Will Do
β’ In this role, you will be a key designer in developing print and digital branded assets that span a variety of consumer touch points and channels. Your day-to-day activities will include:
β’ Creating assets for email marketing, banner ads, social, GIFs, mobile-first website pages, and in some cases packaging or other print projects
β’ Working closely with the Art Director to create engaging, modern creative solutions for member and brand marketing campaigns that will help visually communicate our brand around the globe while pushing the boundaries of our style guide
β’ Helping to create mini-branded campaign looks through mood boards and style guides
β’ Demonstrating a variety of creative styles and methodologies and developing bold, original designs
β’ Understanding visual hierarchy and how to design impactful marketing assets while remaining elevated and sophisticated
β’ Consistently seeking new creative techniques and ways to expand creative skills
Who you are:
β’ With 5+ years of experience in graphic design, you have an instinctive eye for what works (and what doesnβt). You take inspiration from many sources. You have a strong command of typography, layout, form, and color and an eye for photography and illustration. You also have:
β’ A strong understanding of web standards, and image optimization techniques; knowledge of web and email technologyβs restrictions and opportunities
β’ Experience designing for emails, social, digital, packaging, and print
β’ Figma is the main tool that we use for creating and designing for our projects. You would need to be an expert user in Figma and know how to design, refine, edit, prototype and present in Figma. Must be able to use Creative Cloud (indd, ai, psd) as a support design tool; AfterEffects or other animation experience a plus, G-Suite is where we store and organize all our files and work.
β’ Strong prioritization skills. You know how and when to pivot as business goals change and stay on top of multiple projects with tight deadlines
β’ The ability to communicate creative ideas within a collaborative environment and to problem-solve both technical and creative challenges. You find and explore solutions as projects progress; take projects from creative concept to final delivery
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a similar industry is preferred
β’ Knowledge and experience with CMS systems are a plus, but not required
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
