About the Role
We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join XBOW, a company building an AI-powered system for offensive security. This role focuses on building and running systems that make quality visible and actionable across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain infrastructure to support automated testing across technical groups
- →Manage a continuous, full-system QA environment with realistic web applications and security setups
- →Analyze test results to produce high-quality defect reports for feature teams
- →Develop company-wide quality dashboards and reporting to drive release decisions
- →Provide comprehensive test data and working environments to improve developer experience
- →Work with feature teams to ensure features are testable, observable, and robust before shipping
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience with TypeScript
- ✓Understanding of full-system testing, including handling non-deterministic results
- ✓Hands-on experience with API automation
- ✓Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions
- ✓Experience with Python and/or Go
- ✓Experience with UI automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium
- ✓Working knowledge of network security and cybersecurity practices
- ✓Experience with performance and load testing tools
