About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our GTM team at XBOW. This role focuses on shaping our sales strategy and improving internal tools to maximize effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- →Work closely with founders and product to refine positioning and surface customer insights
- →Help define and build repeatable outbound and inbound motion
- →Engage technical stakeholders with empathy and credibility
- →Manage pipeline with a focus on velocity, value, and clarity
- →Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing, GTM strategy, and customer experience
- →Focus on DACH with EMEA accounts
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrable and proven commercial SaaS sales experience in Security, Application Security
- ✓5+ years of experience selling into enterprise customers
- ✓Native in German, professional fluency in English
- ✓Thrive in early-stage environments
- ✓Communicate clearly with technical buyers
- ✓Create demand in new markets
- ✓Coachable, curious, and motivated
- ✓Ownership mindset and bias for action
