About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our GTM team at XBOW, a company redefining cybersecurity with AI-driven autonomous pentesting. This role involves shaping sales strategy and collaborating with executive leadership to maximize effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- →Work closely with founders and product to refine positioning and surface customer insights
- →Help define and build repeatable outbound and inbound motion
- →Engage technical stakeholders with empathy and credibility
- →Manage pipeline with a focus on velocity, value, and clarity
- →Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing, GTM strategy, and customer experience
- →Focus on DACH with EMEA accounts
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrable and proven commercial SaaS sales experience in Security or Application Security
- ✓8+ years of experience selling into enterprise customers
- ✓Native in German, professional fluency in English
- ✓Thrive in early-stage environments and enjoy building the playbook
- ✓Ability to communicate clearly with technical buyers
- ✓Ability to create demand through prospecting and storytelling
- ✓Coachable, curious, and motivated by solving real problems
- ✓Ownership mindset and bias for action
