We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting the global engagement strategy for accountants and bookkeepers, creating personalized customer journeys that provide meaningful value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the end-to-end development and execution of lifecycle projects within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- →Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud to gain insights into customer behaviour
- →Analyse journey performance and experiment results to find new opportunities for growth
- →Map user needs to design communication journeys that add value at every touchpoint
Requirements
