About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in the growth of payments, one of our core strategic pillars. This position involves leading growth experimentation across multiple product teams to design and build smart features that automate and enrich workflows for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead growth experimentation across multiple product teams
- →Design and build smart features that automate and enrich customer workflows
- →Write and review code while partnering with product and design leads
- →Rapidly design and execute experiments using data-driven feedback
- →Build and release impactful features to improve the end-to-end journey for small businesses
- →Utilize React, .NET, and AWS to build scalable full-stack solutions
- →Integrate AI tooling and agentic coding tools into development workflows
- →Lead AB testing and growth experiments using Statsig
- →Partner with the Managed Sales team to evolve core invoicing features
Requirements
- ✓Deep expertise in building customer-facing products
- ✓Background in leading product experimentation and AB testing
- ✓Mastery of modern web technologies and full-stack development
- ✓Experience with AI tooling integration
- ✓Experience launching new products from the ground up
- ✓Ability to mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering standards
- ✓Proactive mindset for solving complex engineering problems
