About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Monetization team and contribute to the development of tools that power in-game item sales for our partners worldwide. This role focuses on designing experiences used by global gaming audiences, balancing player needs with commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design end-to-end monetization experiences across web-based gaming stores and related products
- →Translate business goals, user needs, and data insights into scalable, high-impact design solutions
- →Oversee and contribute to the broader monetization ecosystem, including the Shop Builder Platform, LiveOps tools, and interconnected partner-facing solutions
- →Ensure consistency, scalability, and strategic alignment across the ecosystem of monetization products
- →Contribute to and evolve design principles, patterns, and system-level consistency
- →Advocate for user experience quality while balancing speed, scale, and measurable business impact
- →Mentor and support other designers, provide design direction, elevate craft standards, and contribute to team growth and design culture
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of product design experience, including work on complex digital products
- ✓Strong systems thinking, UX strategy, and high-quality visual and interaction design craft
- ✓Experience working in cross-functional, data-driven product environments
- ✓Ability to use metrics, experimentation, and research to guide decisions
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills
