About the Role
We’re looking for a very experienced, hands-on Digital Product Designer with strong UX and Product Strategy skills, as well as great Visual Design and UI skills, to join our Product Design team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement responsive websites and applications
- →Define and document new interaction design patterns
- →Create complex, accurate wireframes following visual-design guidelines
- →Collaborate with product teams to ensure high-quality implementation
- →Conduct user research and usability testing
- →Work on design systems including audits, foundations, documentation, governance, variables, tokens, and component creation
- →Facilitate problem-solving in meetings and group settings
- →Participate in design critiques
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience in UX/UI design
- ✓Ability to define product design strategy for complex projects
- ✓Strong visual design principles and proficiency in design software
- ✓Hands-on approach to user research and usability testing
- ✓Experience across mobile and web user-focused applications
- ✓Official UX training and substantial professional experience
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating critical thinking, creativity, and visual design
- ✓Ability to explain thought process and strategy in connection to finished work
- ✓CV outlining professional experience and creative training/education
