About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager consultant to join our client team building innovative products. This role requires a curious, passionate, and driven individual who excels at problem-solving and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with the client on product vision and guide the team to achieve OKRs
- →Translate product vision and roadmap through to delivery and continuous improvement
- →Develop a deep understanding of customer personas and product behaviours
- →Lead cross-functional squads to deliver innovative solutions
- →Develop and prioritise a roadmap with the team
- →Manage and prioritise the backlog to ensure it is up-to-date and actionable
- →Optimise technical solutions to focus development effort on the right areas
- →Support engineering squads while ensuring alignment with stakeholders
- →Demonstrate high agency and ownership in product decisions
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Product Management experience
- ✓Experience in fintech, crypto, digital assets, or other regulated financial services
- ✓Strong regulatory awareness and experience in compliance
- ✓Technical fluency including backend systems, API integrations, and system architecture
- ✓Experience with onboarding, KYC/KYB, and verification workflows
- ✓Ability to define and prioritise product features based on business goals
- ✓Experience tracking and monitoring features’ performance
- ✓Ability to work with multiple products simultaneously
- ✓Strong communication skills to present product plans to various stakeholders
- ✓Experience ensuring timely delivery of features
