About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join Zapier's global recruiting team. This role focuses on helping hiring teams land exceptional talent for technical and product-building positions.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage full cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to candidate engagement to closing top candidates
→Find or create new sources of talent beyond traditional platforms
→Meet or exceed high standards for candidate experience
→Manage 5-10 requisitions at any given time
→Leverage data and technology including AI and automation tools
→Contribute to the Talent Acquisition team's AI transformation
→Meet KPIs for time to hire, time to fill, and candidate NPS
→Travel 5-10% for company summits

Requirements

✓At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
✓Experience evaluating candidates for technical and product roles
✓High degree of AI fluency and understanding of where human intervention is needed
✓Ability to be a trusted partner to talent and hiring managers
✓Data-driven approach to tracking pipeline health
✓Resourcefulness and comfort with ambiguity
✓Champion for diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices
✓Comfortable driving and managing up in an autonomous environment
