About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Regional HR Business Partner to deliver HR services to assigned campuses while gaining hands-on experience in aligning people strategies with business objectives. This position offers an opportunity to build HR capabilities and business acumen by partnering with campus leadership to support the development and implementation of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist with analyzing workforce data and trends
- →Manage employee relations matters
- →Support talent and performance initiatives
- →Foster a positive and inclusive work culture
- →Implement organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives
- →Support performance management processes
- →Address employee relations issues and provide basic policy guidance
- →Drive change management initiatives
- →Collect, organize, and synthesize workforce data and metrics
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- ✓1-3 years of HR Business Partnership experience
- ✓Working knowledge of HR disciplines
- ✓Interest in developing business acumen
- ✓Well-developed consulting and interpersonal skills
- ✓Excellent organizational skills
- ✓Strong analytical skills
- ✓Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives
- ✓Background in education, EdTech, or mission-driven organizations
- ✓Knowledge of the Northeast education landscape and talent market
- ✓Primary residence in or ability to relocate to Boston Metro or New York Metro
