About the Role
We are looking for a Lead, Onboarding & Talent Acceleration to join Robinhood. This role focuses on designing and operating global onboarding systems that help new hires ramp into high performance quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own onboarding strategy and execution from Day One through early ramp
- →Design and operate a high-quality, in-person Day One onboarding experience
- →Build and maintain role and level based onboarding pathways
- →Partner with Engineering, Customer Experience, and other functional leaders
- →Lead onboarding strategy for mergers, acquisitions, and integrations
- →Use onboarding and ramp data to identify friction points and implement improvements
Requirements
- ✓7-8+ years of experience owning onboarding, talent management, or HR programs
- ✓Experience working with distributed or global teams
- ✓Demonstrated success designing and scaling onboarding programs
- ✓Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to diagnose root causes
- ✓Exceptional program management skills
- ✓Ability to influence across teams and levels
- ✓Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Sana, Enboarder
