About Axon
Axon speeds up the digital banking journey for all card issuers by bringing an “always ON” digital experience to their customers. About the role
Product Managers in Axon have an opportunity to build a zero-to-one product that delivers delightful digital experiences to millions of card holders across the globe.
Responsibilities
• Own the overall vision and build an ambitious roadmap for enabling and expanding the business.
• Mentor and lead a team of talented product managers
• Collaborate with design, engineering, program and business teams to build the Axon products.
• Be the voice of the customer and partners within the organization.
• Believe in setting ambitious goals, simplifying complexities and having a bias for action.
• Define, track and report the product KPIs.
• Work with sales, business development and product marketing to prepare and execute the go-to-market plan.
Skills
• Strong new product design experience and a fanatical approach to customer experience.
• Written code in your past life or understand engineering nuances very well
• High on ownership & teamwork and enjoys hustling
• Demonstrated ability of achievement in at least one of academic profession and personal endeavors
Experience & Qualifications
• 6-9 years of product management experience, building and shipping B2B2C or SaaS products with a delightful customer experience. The candidate should have 3+ years experience in managing a team of product managers.
• Proven experience in products that operate at the interface of mobile technologies, developer experience and consumer experiences.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• An entrepreneurial and first principles thinker.
• An engineering / technical background that will allow you to reason about product trade-offs and make good choices with minimal inputs from engineers
• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Banking is preferred
