Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits.
Deliver powerful results
To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Marketing Manager with a Bachelorβs degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field), and at least 5β7 years of experience executing performance-driven marketing campaigns. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for driving disciplined campaign execution and channel performance in support of enrollment goals established by the Director.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
β’ Hands-on fluency with paid media platforms and digital marketing tools
β’ Experience managing performance-based campaigns tied to measurable enrollment or growth outcomes
β’ Strong analytical comfort with campaign reporting and conversion metrics
β’ Ability to operate effectively within established strategic direction while independently driving execution
β’ High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
β’ Experience in Kβ12 enrollment marketing is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
β’ Execute multi-channel enrollment marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels (digital, email, social, print, and community-facing platforms), aligned to strategic priorities set by the Director of Marketing
β’ Manage day-to-day performance within digital platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, email marketing systems), optimizing targeting, creative rotation, and spend within approved campaign parameters
β’ Implement structured testing and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, audience segmentation refinements) to improve cost per lead and conversion efficiency
β’ Monitor campaign-level metrics and prepare clear performance summaries highlighting tactical insights and recommended adjustments
β’ Collaborate with Family Outreach & Enrollment and Talent Recruitment teams to align marketing touchpoints with key enrollment milestones and improve campaign-to-conversion continuity
β’ Draft campaign briefs and provide clear marketing inputs to Creative and Content partners to ensure assets support defined performance objectives
β’ Coordinate with external vendors on campaign execution tasks (e.g., ad trafficking, report pulls, asset deployment), escalating issues to the Director as needed
β’ Stay current on digital marketing best practices, platform updates, and trends relevant to student recruitment
β’ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen marketing efficiency and measurable growth outcomes
β’ Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are accepting applications on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $105,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.
