About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Lead Project Manager for our Own Brands Food (OBF) team. This role focuses on leading strategic, cross-functional projects to drive growth and operational excellence for our private label portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the project management, coordination, and prioritization of cross-functional commercial initiatives that drive OBF growth
- →Translate business opportunities into actionable projects with commercial feasibility and measurable results
- →Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Brand, Country, Marketing, CRM, Pricing, BI) to ensure all teams contribute effectively to OBF business goals
- →Define and manage product- and tech-related initiatives for best-in-class customer experiences and discovery journeys for Own Brand Food
- →Lead the collection and interpretation of customer insights, surveys, and ratings to identify improvement opportunities and feed into product innovation roadmaps
- →Steer customer-centric improvements across channels
- →Shape, structure, and monitor projects with clear milestones, KPIs, and dependencies in alignment with leadership priorities
- →Ensure collaboration and ownership across teams—supporting functions in delivering outcomes on time and within scope
- →Lead and mentor dedicated Project Managers, providing direction, feedback, and fostering a culture of proactive ownership and continuous improvement
- →Contribute to the setup and management of ad-hoc, high-impact initiatives prioritized by OBF leadership
