About the Role

We are looking for an IT Site Support Engineer to join our IT department at Zscaler, a global leader in zero trust security. This role involves providing comprehensive technical support to ensure smooth IT operations and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

→Respond promptly to IT Helpdesk requests and efficiently troubleshoot technology-related issues
→Deliver hands-on technical support both in-person and remotely for systems, applications, software, and hardware
→Manage the lifecycle of employee equipment, including setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance
→Install, configure, and maintain standard hardware, software, and system images as per company specifications
→Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and support conference room technologies, Zoom services, and printers

Requirements

✓Skilled in using ServiceNow for support request management
✓Experienced with Windows, MacOS, and mobile hardware deployment
✓Expertise in Google Workspace, MS Office, and collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and MS Teams
✓Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service abilities
✓Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in technical and client-focused support
