About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Product & Technology organization at Zuora. This mid-level role focuses on driving execution across large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate roadmaps into actionable program plans
- →Drive program execution, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
- →Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Cloud Ops, Release Management, and Product Operations
- →Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery
- →Provide regular program visibility through status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder communications
- →Track progress against defined commitments and ensure accountability to delivery milestones
- →Support annual and quarterly planning processes by aligning team execution with roadmap priorities
- →Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and practices to drive efficiency and predictability
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years of relevant program or project management experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
- ✓Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs
- ✓Working knowledge of system design concepts and modern software architectures
- ✓Strong expertise in Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and program tracking metrics
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — effective with both technical and non-technical teams
- ✓Anticipate risks and manage dependencies across teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing delivery impact
- ✓Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Hands-on experience with program management tools (JIRA, Confluence, dashboards)
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
