About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer (Consultant) to join Deel, a global payroll and HR platform. In this role, you will partner with White Label go-to-market and internal teams to support prospective clients exploring Deel’s White Label offering.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work directly with go-to-market teams to showcase the value of Deel’s White Label Platform
- →Consult with prospective customers to assess their current payroll practices and identify areas for improvement
- →Act as the technical voice during sales cycles, owning solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demonstrations, and integration workshops
- →Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to advocate for prospect needs and refine value messaging
- →Stay up-to-date on White Label legislation, trends, and best practices
- →Support Partnership & Marketing led initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant
- ✓Previous experience working for a White Label or HCM organization
- ✓Background in HCM and ERP payroll-based integration, especially Workday and SuccessFactors
- ✓Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory (~10% or less)
- ✓Outstanding presentational skills
- ✓Entrepreneurial DNA with a positive, can-do attitude
- ✓Collaborative team player
- ✓Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
