About the Role We are looking for an experienced Ab Initio Developer to join our team in Canada. This role focuses on ETL workflows and migration to SAP HANA Stored Procedures. Key Responsibilities • Analyze existing Ab Initio graphs, workflows and ETL processes • Understand and document business rules and transformation logic • Execute Ab Initio workflows and generate baseline outputs • Support migration of Ab Initio ETL logic to SAP HANA Stored Procedures • Guide HANA developers during the conversion process • Validate migrated solutions against existing Ab Initio outputs • Analyze Unix scripts, wrapper scripts and parameter files • Identify migration challenges, dependencies and performance issues • Support troubleshooting and migration-related defects Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Ab Initio ETL • Ab Initio Graphs, Workflows, Transforms and Plans • ETL Development and Data Transformation • SAP HANA Stored Procedures • Data Mapping and Data Lineage • Unix / Shell Scripting • Workflow Orchestration and Scheduling • ETL Migration and Data Validation • Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization
