About the Role We are looking for an experienced Adobe Target Developer to join Royal Caribbean for a 6+ month contract. This role focuses on developing and maintaining personalization and digital experimentation solutions across web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain personalization and digital experimentation solutions across web and mobile applications • Implement and optimize A/B and multivariate testing strategies • Utilize Adobe Target APIs for server-side and non-browser personalization • Integrate data collection and tag management solutions • Collaborate with analytics, marketing, and frontend development teams • Ensure Adobe Target implementations work seamlessly with modern SPA frameworks without affecting performance Requirements • 5–8+ years of frontend development experience • 3–5+ years of experience within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem • Strong expertise in Adobe Target for personalization, A/B testing, and multivariate testing • Experience with Adobe Target Delivery, Admin, Profile, and Recommendations APIs • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js • Experience implementing server-side personalization for mobile apps and other digital platforms • Knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Launch, and Adobe Data Collection SDKs • Ability to optimize personalization solutions while maintaining application performance
