About the Role We are looking for an experienced AWS Engineer with strong Neo4j expertise to lead graph database migration, architecture, performance optimization, and production rollout. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute graph database migrations to Neo4j on AWS • Configure and manage Neo4j clusters on AWS EC2/EKS • Optimize Cypher queries, indexing, performance, and scalability • Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and conduct stakeholder demos • Support developer onboarding, UAT, data validation, and production go-live • Build secure AWS infrastructure and data integration pipelines Requirements • Strong expertise in Neo4j, Graph Modeling, Cypher, and APOC • Hands-on AWS experience: EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, S3, API Gateway, and Load Balancing • Data migration and ETL tools: Spark, AWS DMS, or AWS DataSync • Strong SQL, Java, and Python skills • Experience with database benchmarking, load testing, and performance tuning • Solid understanding of graph theory and graph query languages such as Cypher or Gremlin • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred • Experience working with dual-shore teams and supporting enterprise-scale migration projects
