About the Role We are looking for an experienced AEM Lead Developer with strong expertise in frontend and backend development to work on enterprise-scale digital experience solutions in the commerce domain. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for AEM implementations • Design and develop reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, and services • Develop custom OSGi services, Sling Models, Servlets, and workflows • Implement AEM Sites, Assets, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments • Configure AEM authoring, publishing, dispatcher, and replication environments • Integrate AEM with third-party systems like OpenSearch • Support AEM Cloud Service deployments and Adobe Cloud Manager pipelines • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and mentor developers Requirements • 11+ years of hands-on AEM development experience • 5+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience • Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Vue JS • Experience with REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, Git, Maven, and Cloud Manager
