About the Role We are looking for an experienced Python/AI Developer to modernize legacy applications using AI-driven development tools and modern technology stacks. Key Responsibilities • Develop Python-based web applications, backend services, and automation solutions using AI-assisted development tools • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools for code generation, review, and optimization • Design and develop AI-driven components using Agentic AI frameworks • Create and execute unit test cases to ensure code quality and reliability • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and stability • Develop automation workflows and custom Python libraries • Review code and design solutions while ensuring engineering standards • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and architecture teams • Work in an Agile environment to modernize legacy systems and deliver business solutions Requirements • Strong hands-on Python programming and coding experience • AI/ML development experience • Agentic AI / AI Agent development experience
