About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Agentic AI Developer to design and build enterprise-scale AI solutions, intelligent agents, multi-agent workflows, and RAG-based applications for PepsiCo Go-to-Market (GTM) applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for PepsiCo GTM applications • Build intelligent AI agents and multi-agent workflows • Develop and optimize RAG-based applications using LLMs and vector databases • Implement agent routing, orchestration, and tool integration • Deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready enterprise AI solutions • Conduct AI ideation workshops to identify new GenAI opportunities across business and IT • Provide hands-on training and mentoring to PepsiCo teams while delivering use cases • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions • Support adoption of Agentic AI and GenAI across enterprise workflows Requirements • 4–6+ years of experience in Agentic AI Development & AI Agents • Strong programming skills in Python & React • Experience with LLMs, LangGraph & LangChain • Knowledge of Multi-Agent Systems & Agent Routing • Understanding of RAG Architectures & Retrieval Optimization • Familiarity with Vector Databases: Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS • Experience with Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI • Experience with AI Orchestration Frameworks • Experience with Enterprise-Scale AI Solution Development
