About the Role We are seeking an experienced Agentic Platform Engineer to join our team in the financial services industry. This role involves building secure, governed AI infrastructure for production enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Build enterprise-grade Python platform services, SDKs, libraries, workers and CLI tools • Develop secure identity, authentication, authorization and policy enforcement services • Implement AI gateway policies for model routing, authentication, quotas, metering and guardrails • Build agent memory, checkpointing, retrieval interfaces and MCP integrations • Integrate AI agents with enterprise workflow orchestration engines • Implement distributed tracing, audit logging, monitoring and failure recovery • Develop automated testing, evaluation pipelines and production-ready reference agents • Create reusable developer templates, technical documentation and platform standards Requirements • 9+ years of experience in backend engineering • Advanced Python skills including AsyncIO, FastAPI, REST APIs, pytest, SDK/package development • Experience with Agentic AI & LLMs: LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Microsoft Agent Framework, Claude Agent SDK • Knowledge of Model Context Protocol – Client & Server Development • Identity & Security: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identity, RBAC, Azure Key Vault • AI Gateway & Policy: Azure API Management, LiteLLM, Kong, Open Policy Agent (OPA) • Data Stores: SQL, Cosmos DB, Redis, Azure AI Search, pgvector • Observability: OpenTelemetry, LangSmith, Langfuse, Structured Logging • Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Azure DevOps, Terraform
