About the Role We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with extensive mainframe experience to lead migration projects in enterprise z/OS environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead Endevor-to-Git/DBB/IDD migration projects in enterprise z/OS environments • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, IBM DBB, IDD, and Wazi Deploy • Install, configure, and troubleshoot DevOps tools on z/OS and USS • Debug build failures, compiler/link-edit errors, dependency issues, and pipeline failures • Develop Jenkins Groovy pipelines and YAML-based CI/CD workflows • Conduct client training, hands-on workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions • Document migration processes, best practices, and technical solutions Requirements • Hands-on experience with Endevor-to-Git/DBB migration • Strong expertise in Git, branching strategies, and repository management • IBM DBB, build scripts, build maps, and dependency analysis • Experience with IDD and/or IBM Wazi Deploy • Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD • Strong mainframe experience with z/OS, USS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, or VSAM • Excellent troubleshooting, consulting, communication, and client-facing skills
