About the Role We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to support a large-scale technology initiative remotely. Key Responsibilities • Coach teams and improve processes • Help technical teams deliver results • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies • Coordinate across technical teams, remove obstacles, and improve delivery performance Requirements • Active Secret security clearance (required) • U.S. citizenship (required) • 7+ years of relevant professional experience • 3+ years of experience leading Agile/Scrum teams • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe • Experience working in software development environments • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
