About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & Scrum Master with a strong technical background in APIs, event-driven architecture, Kafka, and backend data flows. Key Responsibilities • Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Develop functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Map data flows across APIs, microservices, and downstream systems • Collaborate with Java engineering teams and business stakeholders • Support release management, functional testing, and blocker resolution • Ensure alignment with banking controls, compliance, and risk management requirements Requirements • 8+ years of overall experience in Business Systems Analysis • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification • Strong knowledge of Kafka, event-driven architecture, and data streaming • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger, and microservices • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Banking, financial services, digital banking, banking operations, regulatory controls, and compliance.
