About the Role We are looking for an AI Agent Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and implementing AI agents and agentic workflows. Key Responsibilities • Develop AI agents using Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Foundry • Implement agentic AI workflows • Utilize MCP (Model Context Protocol) • Work with Python and/or C# • Implement tool/function calling and API integration • Utilize Azure AI Search and Vector Search Requirements • 14+ years of experience in AI development • Experience with Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Foundry • Knowledge of AI Agents and agentic AI workflows • MCP (Model Context Protocol) experience • Proficiency in Python and/or C# • Experience with tool/function calling and API integration • Experience with Azure AI Search and Vector Search • Certifications in Frontier Transformation Badge, GH-300, AI-102 / AI-103, AB-100, SC-401 / SC-300, DP-600
