About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Golang Developer to build and scale high-performance backend systems in a modern cloud-native environment. Key Responsibilities • Build and scale high-performance backend systems • Design and implement production-grade Golang microservices • Work with distributed systems and microservices architecture • Develop REST APIs and gRPC services • Utilize Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS for deployment • Optimize PostgreSQL and SQL databases • Implement Kafka and event-driven architecture • Set up CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions • Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform • Implement observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing) • Apply AI-assisted development and code quality practices Requirements • 12+ years of software engineering experience • 5+ years of experience building production-grade Golang microservices • Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture • Experience with REST APIs and gRPC • Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL optimization • Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture • Familiarity with CI/CD and GitHub Actions • Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code • Understanding of observability practices • Experience with AI-assisted development and code quality practices
