About the Role We are looking for an AI Agent Developer to join Con Edison's team. This role involves developing AI agents, conversational AI systems, and chatbots using various technologies and platforms. Key Responsibilities • Develop AI agents and conversational AI systems • Implement chatbots and LLMs • Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Dialogflow CX • Integrate with REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks • Utilize .NET/C#, Node.js, SQL, and other technologies • Ensure API security and implement Prompt Engineering • Use Google ADK or similar AI agent frameworks Requirements • Strong Python development skills • Experience with AI Agents, Conversational AI, Chatbots, and LLMs • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Dialogflow CX, and REST APIs • Familiarity with .NET/C#, Node.js, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience with React or Angular • Understanding of Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow API integration • Proficiency with Git, VS Code, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and YAML • Experience with Automated Testing: PyTest, Jest, or xUnit • Knowledge of OAuth2, API Security, and Prompt Engineering • Familiarity with Google ADK or similar AI agent frameworks
