About the Role We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer to join our team. This role involves embedding AI agents directly into legal systems and business workflows, focusing on designing, building, deploying, and supporting production-ready AI agents. Key Responsibilities • Build and deploy production AI agents in partnership with business teams and subject matter experts. • Develop MCP servers and connectors and move integrations into production. • Create agent skills, workflows, evaluations, and enterprise AI integrations. • Conduct workshops and help teams translate business processes into AI-powered workflows. • Identify system failure modes, improve reliability, and ensure production readiness. • Collaborate with AI platform and operations teams to scale and support mature solutions. Requirements • Proven experience shipping production AI agents using Claude Agent SDK, MCP, or equivalent technologies. • Strong production development experience in Python, Node.js, or .NET. • Hands-on experience building MCP servers, connectors, and integrations. • Experience with relational, NoSQL, vector, document, and object/blob databases. • Knowledge of LLM-powered applications, RAG services, agent evaluations, and enterprise AI platforms. • Ability to own the complete engineering lifecycle — design, development, deployment, production support, and handoff. • Experience with Claude Code, AI coding tools, agent skills, workflows, and automation.
