About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Architect / Technical Lead to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale AI platforms supporting Generative AI and Agentic AI applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale AI platforms • Focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI applications • Provide technical leadership and mentorship Requirements • 10–15+ years of experience in AI architecture • Strong software engineering foundations • Experience with Python, TypeScript, Go, or JavaScript • Knowledge of RAG, Vector Search, and Hybrid Search • Understanding of Model Gateways and Multi-Model Integration • Experience with AI Agents, Tool Execution, and MCP • Familiarity with AI Governance, Observability, and Evaluation • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud Infrastructure • Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Security, and Responsible AI Benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies • Lead a team of engineers in a remote-first environment
