About the Role We are urgently hiring a local AI Engineer to join our onsite engineering team at our Chicago office. In this role, you will build and scale our enterprise Agentic AI operating platform, engineer custom autonomous agents across Microsoft Copilot Studio and AWS Bedrock/Claude, construct rich semantic knowledge layers using graph vector embeddings, and build comprehensive agent observability and administration dashboards. Key Responsibilities • Build and scale enterprise Agentic AI operating platform • Engineer custom autonomous agents across Microsoft Copilot Studio and AWS Bedrock/Claude • Construct rich semantic knowledge layers using graph vector embeddings • Build comprehensive agent observability and administration dashboards Requirements • 12+ years of experience in AI architecture and engineering • Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade agentic platforms • Expertise in autonomous agent development and multi-agent orchestration • Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI ecosystem and Copilot Studio • Experience with AWS Bedrock, Claude, and cloud LLM infrastructure • Proficiency in vector and graph data systems • Experience with agent observability and governance tools
