About the Role We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join Bank of America. This role requires significant experience with Java technologies and recent experience with the bank. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using Core Java, OOP, and Design Patterns • Develop applications using Spring Boot and Spring Framework • Work with Microservices, REST APIs, and SOAP technologies • Manage database operations with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Exadata • Deploy applications on Tomcat and WebLogic servers • Utilize Angular or React for frontend development • Provide System Design and Production Support • Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Java development • Recent Bank of America experience is mandatory • Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, and Design Patterns • Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework • Proficiency in Microservices, REST APIs, and SOAP • Skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Exadata • Experience with Tomcat and WebLogic • Familiarity with Angular or React • Experience with System Design and Production Support • Technical Leadership, Code Reviews, and Mentoring experience
