About the Role We are seeking an AI Developer / Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain next-generation workflow-based web applications for a Federal Agency. Key Responsibilities • Develop robust, full-stack workflow-based applications • Build user-friendly interfaces using Vue.js, TypeScript, Vuetify, and AG-Grid • Develop and maintain backend services using Python/Django • Integrate GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and third-party applications • Leverage Claude AI for code development while maintaining code ownership and quality • Implement AI-powered customer-facing solutions • Write unit tests, integration tests, and conduct code reviews • Troubleshoot bugs, enhance existing applications, and reduce technical debt • Contribute to application architecture, technical documentation, and deployment • Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline • 5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Vue.js or React expertise • Proficiency in Python/Django, SQL, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL • Excellent communication and client-facing skills • Experience with AI-assisted development and integrating AI-powered solutions • Experience with Linux and Docker • Experience with unit testing, end-to-end integration testing, and application troubleshooting • Experience with workflow-driven application development
