About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI-Driven Quality Engineering Lead to drive the adoption of AI-powered testing, autonomous validation, and intelligent quality engineering practices across engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead AI-driven quality engineering adoption across multiple teams • Use AI tools to generate and optimize test cases, automation frameworks, API tests, and performance tests • Implement AI-assisted quality gates across the SDLC • Coach developers to leverage AI for testing and improve engineering productivity • Build autonomous validation workflows with minimal human intervention • Create reusable AI prompts, coding agents, and testing workflows • Reduce production defects and improve release stability • Evaluate emerging AI tools and agents for software quality improvement • Drive release readiness, risk assessment, and quality metrics using AI-generated insights Requirements • Experience with AI-driven quality engineering practices • Knowledge of AI test automation tools and frameworks • Understanding of autonomous testing and API testing • Familiarity with performance testing and SDLC quality gates • Experience with AI coding agents like Claude Code, Open AI Codex, and GitHub Copilot • Skills in prompt engineering and workflow automation • Background in defect prevention and quality metrics Ideal Candidate: A quality engineering leader who can empower developers to use AI effectively, build scalable testing solutions, and deliver high-quality software faster.
