About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer to join our team. This role involves testing Salesforce CPQ functionality and ensuring quality across various testing phases. Key Responsibilities • Perform both manual and automation testing for Salesforce CPQ • Test product configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting, approvals, contracts, and order management • Implement automation using tools like Copado Robotic Testing • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing • Manage defects and follow STLC processes • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment Requirements • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing and Salesforce CPQ • Experience in both Manual and Automation Testing • Testing expertise in product configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting, approvals, contracts, and order management • Hands-on experience with automation tools; Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) preferred • Experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing • Knowledge of Salesforce configurations, workflows, customizations, and integrations • Proficiency in Jira or similar test management tools • Good understanding of STLC, defect management, and Agile/Scrum Good to Have • Salesforce APIs • CI/CD tools • Copado • Salesforce certifications
