About the Role We are hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production AI systems. This role involves working across the full AI stack including classical machine learning, deep learning, and modern generative AI. Key Responsibilities • Design and build production AI systems end to end • Work across the full AI stack: classical machine learning, deep learning, and modern generative AI • Turn ambiguous business problems into AI capabilities • Take ownership from data through deployment, monitoring, and iteration • Work with AI-assisted coding tools and traditional manual coding • Deploy onto Azure with Git-based workflows and CI/CD Requirements • Strong software engineering instincts • Comfort with experimentation • Bias toward making AI systems observable, evaluable, and safe in production
