About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise AI solutions that drive innovation, automation, and business transformation. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI-powered applications, services, and workflows. • Develop LLM-based solutions using prompt engineering, context engineering, embeddings, and agentic AI frameworks. • Build AI assistants, automation tools, and agentic workflows to improve productivity. • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, document processing, and enterprise data integrations. • Develop secure and scalable data pipelines and REST API integrations. • Support AI deployment, testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and production operations. • Apply Responsible AI principles, including security, privacy, transparency, explainability, and governance. • Collaborate with business, data, security, compliance, and technology teams to deliver measurable business value. Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with AI Engineering, LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI. • Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and AI/ML frameworks. • Experience with Azure AI Services and Azure AI Foundry. • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and FastAPI. • Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Confluence. • Knowledge of vector embeddings, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and LLMOps. • Experience with AI application deployment, monitoring, and production support. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills. • 6+ years of experience in AI engineering, software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, automation, or enterprise technology delivery. • 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications, integrating LLMs, implementing RAG, or delivering ML solutions. • Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI initiatives, preferably in regulated industries such as healthcare.
