About the Role Calibre QA is seeking skilled AI Engineers with expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI development to join their growing technology team. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using LLMs and Generative AI • Build agentic AI workflows to automate complex business processes • Implement RAG pipelines and integrate vector databases • Develop and evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, performance, and scalability • Work with LLM frameworks and orchestration tools to build intelligent applications • Perform functional testing, debugging, and evaluation of AI agents and LLM-based solutions • Implement prompt engineering, guardrails, and responsible AI practices • Collaborate with engineering teams to continuously improve AI solutions Requirements • 5–10 years of experience in AI engineering • Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agent Development • Proficiency in Python, APIs, and AI Integrations • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks • Knowledge of RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases • Understanding of Multi-Agent Systems and Agentic AI Workflows • Experience with AI/LLM Application Testing and Evaluation • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
