About the Role Pentangle Tech Services is seeking an experienced AI Engineering Technical Lead to lead AI development, engineering architecture, and cloud infrastructure initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead AI development, engineering architecture, and cloud infrastructure initiatives • Provide technical leadership in AI projects • Design and implement scalable solutions Requirements • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role • Strong expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, VLMs, and AI integrations • Advanced proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and Microservices • Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Serverless Architecture, and Terraform • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and event-driven architecture • Experience with AI evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and testing
