About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced AI Forward Deployed Engineer with a strong Technical/Solution Architecture background and hands-on expertise in Agentic AI / GenAI implementation. This role involves driving customer-facing AI solutions from discovery and architecture through development, integration, testing, and production deployment. Key Responsibilities • Drive customer-facing AI solutions from discovery and architecture through development, integration, testing, and production deployment • Implement Agentic AI / GenAI solutions • Design and implement Multi-Agent Systems, RAG, Tool Calling, Memory & MCP Integrations • Develop and integrate Full-Stack Architecture using React.js, TypeScript, APIs & Integrations • Ensure production deployment, AI Evaluation, Guardrails, Security & Observability Requirements • 15+ years in Technical/Solution Architecture or Principal/Lead Engineering • Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI / GenAI implementations • Experience with Multi-Agent Systems, RAG, Tool Calling, Memory & MCP Integrations • Hands-on coding in Python, Java, and/or Node.js • Full-Stack Architecture – React.js, TypeScript, APIs & Integrations • Strong AWS / Azure / GCP experience • Customer-facing discovery, solutioning & technical delivery • Production deployment, AI Evaluation, Guardrails, Security & Observability • Strong US Mortgage / Lending domain experience • LOS/POS or Mortgage Platform Integration experience preferred
