About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Full Stack Tech Lead to drive the architecture, development, and deployment of advanced AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), along with full-stack development skills in React and TypeScript. Key Responsibilities • Lead the architecture and development of AI-powered full-stack applications. • Design and implement RAG pipelines and Agentic AI workflows. • Build backend services and APIs using Python and/or Node.js. • Develop production-quality user interfaces using React and TypeScript. • Deploy and scale AI solutions using Azure AI and AWS Bedrock. • Guide developers, mentor engineers, and establish technical best practices. • Ensure application quality, performance, security, and scalability. • Drive end-to-end delivery from solution design through production deployment. Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. • Strong expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). • Full-stack development skills in React and TypeScript. • Experience with Azure AI and AWS Bedrock. • Experience with REST API development and integration. • Technical leadership and team mentoring experience.
