About the Role We are looking for an AI Governance Lead to join our team. This role focuses on leading enterprise AI governance programs and establishing policies, standards, and approval workflows. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise AI governance programs and operating model design • Establish AI policies, standards, approval workflows, and escalation processes • Define governance KPIs, risk controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards • Lead executive governance reviews and pilot Go / Iterate / Stop decisions • Drive Responsible AI, Privacy-by-Design, and Governance-by-Design initiatives • Manage executive stakeholders, board reporting, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives Requirements • 12+ years overall experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML Governance • Expertise in AI Governance Frameworks: NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, ISO 23894 • Strong background in Responsible AI Governance, Risk Management, and Controls Design • Experience in AI Policy Development and Portfolio Governance • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Data Governance • Excellent Executive Stakeholder Management skills
