About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Lead with strong AWS expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML teams • Deliver end-to-end AI solutions Requirements • Strong experience in AI/ML and Generative AI • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services • Expertise in Python programming • Experience with LLMs and RAG implementation • Experience with Amazon Bedrock and/or SageMaker • Proven experience leading AI/ML teams and delivering end-to-end AI solutions Preferred Skills • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex • Knowledge of AI Agents and Agentic AI • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch, Chroma) • Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes • AWS certifications in AI/ML or Solutions Architecture
