About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI models and applications to solve business and technical challenges. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve AI/ML models and algorithms. • Apply machine learning techniques to solve business and technical challenges. • Analyze complex data and generate actionable insights. • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing AI applications and models. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to stakeholders. • Document technical approaches, experiments, and results. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. • Professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science. • Experience with NLP and Computer Vision. • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java. • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks. • Familiarity with Azure, Azure Synapse, and data pipelines/workflows. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
