About the Role We are looking for an AI Native Software Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing full-stack enterprise applications using AI-powered development tools. Key Responsibilities • Develop full-stack enterprise applications using AI-powered development tools • Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation • Develop backend and frontend components with seamless integration • Build backend services using Java, Spring Boot, .NET (C#), or Python • Develop frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue.js • Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs into enterprise applications • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) features wherever required • Perform application testing, debugging, and integration • Follow software engineering best practices to deliver scalable, production-ready applications • Collaborate with architects and AI specialists to improve development productivity • Maintain code quality, security, and compliance throughout the development lifecycle Requirements • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Java Full Stack Development experience • Practical exposure to AI-assisted development tools and coding copilots • Understanding of AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations • Experience integrating AI services and APIs into applications • Ability to accelerate development without compromising code quality • 15 years of full-time education is mandatory
