About the Role We are seeking an experienced AI-Native Technical Architect to lead solution architecture and modern application development within the healthcare domain. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise and experience with AI-powered development tools. Key Responsibilities • Lead solution architecture for healthcare applications • Drive modern application development initiatives • Implement AI-assisted engineering solutions • Provide technical leadership and mentorship • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions Requirements • 6+ years of experience designing and building web, backend, workflow, and service-based applications • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework • Expertise in application and solution architecture • Experience with microservices and distributed systems • Proficiency in REST API design and enterprise integration • Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience • Practical experience using AI tools, copilots, and agent-based workflows • Cloud-native architecture and cloud platform experience • CI/CD, DevOps, APM, and observability knowledge • Healthcare domain knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
