About the Role We are looking for a hands-on AI Platform Engineer with strong experience in Claude Code, Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python automation, and production platform operations. The ideal candidate will help automate business processes, maintain AI-enabled workflows, integrate enterprise repositories, and ensure reliable day-to-day platform operations. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain business process automation using Power Automate, Claude Code, and Copilot Studio • Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance production AI and automation workflows • Maintain Python libraries, integrations, dashboards, and reporting tools • Integrate workflows with SharePoint repositories and enterprise systems • Manage code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and releases using GitHub • Improve workflow reliability, execution time, and operational efficiency • Implement appropriate access controls and secure handling of confidential data • Create documentation, runbooks, and user guides for business teams • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver practical solutions Requirements • 5+ years of experience in AI platform engineering • Strong experience with Claude Code, Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Python automation • Experience with production platform operations and maintenance • Knowledge of SharePoint repository management and document integration • Familiarity with GitHub for version control, CI/CD, and release processes • Understanding of AI/LLM solutions, including AI agents, RAG, APIs, and MCP-based integrations Preferred Skills • MCP server development and API integrations • Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence • Familiarity with Obsidian or Markdown-based knowledge repositories • GCP or AWS experience • Experience supporting AI platforms in production
